This is a notice from the IB office at Gyeonggi Academy of Foreign Languages.
We would like to provide you with the following information regarding the SAT exam for your reference.
1. SAT Exam Schedule Confirmation
- The SAT exam is officially administered by the College Board and is held annually in March, May, June, August, October, November, and December. However, the schedule may vary depending on the test center.
**At Gyeonggi Foreign Language High School, the SAT is scheduled for March, June, November, and December 2025. Please note that this schedule is subject to change.**
- You can check the latest exam dates, deadlines, and available test centers on the official College Board website.
2. How to Register for the SAT
(1) Create a College Board Account
- Visit the official College Board website.
- Click "Sign Up" to create an account.
- Enter your email address, date of birth, grade level, and other required information to complete the registration.
(2) SAT Exam Registration
- Log in and click the "Register for the SAT" button.
- Select the exam type (standard SAT or SAT with Essay).
- Choose your test center and test date.
- Upload your admission ticket (including a photo ID).
(3) Payment of Exam Fees
- SAT base exam fee: *Refer to the website (based on U.S. rates; additional fees apply for international test-takers).
- Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or bank transfer in some regions.
- Additional fees may apply for Late Registration, so be sure to check the deadlines.
3. How to Prepare for the Exam
- SAT Official Practice: Utilize the free SAT practice questions provided by the College Board.
- Items to Bring on Test Day: Valid ID, printed admission ticket, pencils (2B or darker), eraser, and an approved calculator.
