The number of students who entered prestigious universities abroad, including Oxford Off-Time, Tsinghua University, and Tokyo University, which have higher QS rankings than Seoul National University, is 24.
Introduced in 2017, the core curriculum provides in-depth lessons for domestic students to choose one course among language, humanities, social sciences, economic management, and convergence subjects in addition to common courses such as Korean, English, mathematics, and society. Students choose subjects that suit their aptitude and interests from the first grade and earn intellectual challenge spirit and spirit of inquiry.
Another factor is the IBDP(International Baccalaureate Diploma Program), GAFL introduced for the first time in Korea in 2011, is being conducted at about 3,400 schools in about 150 countries around the world.
