The result of 2017 College Scholastic Ability Test analysis involving 2,430 of high schools across the nation proves that autonomous private high schools outperformed their general high school counterparts, placing them in the top-tier of the overall 30, whereas only one general high school ranked in the top 30.
Amongst the top ranked schools, 10 foreign language high schools took high places, in which Daewon Foreign High School, Gyeonggi Academy of Foreign Languages, and Daegu Foreign Language High School ranked 7th, 8th, and 9th respectively.
