Korea has long been keeping an historically sensitive relationship with Japan. Nevertheless, Japan's geographical proximity has led to close relations and influence for both countries in various fields such as politics, economics and culture. Regarding this important fact and improving relationships between the two countries, GAFL provides a pragmatic curriculum for Japanese language. A native Japanese teacher is responsible for free-talking classes which aim to enable students to speak fluently in Japanese when they need. There are five qualified Korean teachers who instruct students in grammar, reading comprehension, writing and listening to systematically improve students' linguistic skills.

In addition, apart from the language itself, the school ensures an excellent environment open to students where they can study Japanese history, culture and society.
